DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are securely packed after online registration and delivered to the courier service on the working day following the order. Ideally, all our packages will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Proof of dispatch is kept securely on file and is available on request. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a real address when ordering, as this is the address we will use for shipping

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a fourteen day return policy, so if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us in its original condition within fourteen days of receipt and if you return it within fourteen days of receipt, we will refund the full purchase price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and postage, which is non-refundable. If you wish to return the product due to a defect, please contact us.

DPD will notify you of the arrival and status of your order.

You can easily track your parcel using the revamped myDPD app, or modify it according to your needs: reroute it to another day, specify a different address, request a DPD parcel point or vending machine, or even specify a safe place at your address where the courier can deliver it.
